Ex & Oh does not collect any data about you.

There is no account, no sign-in, and no analytics. Every game is played and solved on your iPhone — nothing you do is sent anywhere. There are no ads and no third-party SDKs. The game works fully offline.
What we collect
Nothing. The game has no servers of its own and does not transmit usage data, device identifiers, diagnostics, or crash reports to us. The computer opponents run entirely on your device. We cannot tell which stages you have played, how you did, or whether you open the game at all.
Because no data reaches us, there is nothing for us to sell, share, or hand over, and no data breach on our side could expose anything about you.
Purchases
The full game is a single purchase handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details, and we do not receive your name, email address, or Apple Account identifier.
Your unlocked state is remembered on your device so the game keeps working without a network connection. Restoring a purchase on a new device is performed by Apple's StoreKit and does not involve any server of ours.
Progress and settings
Your stars, cleared stages, daily puzzle streak, language, sound and haptics choices are stored on your device only. Deleting the game deletes them. They are not backed up to any service we run.
Children
Ex & Oh is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. Because it collects no data at all, it collects no data from children either. It contains no advertising, no chat, and no user-generated content. The only links out of the game are the privacy policy and terms of use on the purchase screen.
Your rights
Privacy laws give you rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held about you. We hold none, so there is nothing to retrieve or erase. If you would like written confirmation of that for your own records, write to us and we will send it.
Changes
If a future version of the game changes what it does with data, this page will be updated before that version is released, and the effective date above will change. We will not make a version that collects data quietly.
